“The sun will shine on you again...

and the clouds will go away.”

Those words of reassurance were spoken by Captain Tom, who sadly passed away yesterday at the age of 100.

Last week, I suggested it could help us to have someone in mind when we think about how we want to be in the current situation.

Captain Sir Tom Moore could be an inspirational guide for us at this time, as he already has been for many. What an amazing last year of his life. What a difference one person can make, at any age or stage.

Keep hoping. Keep going. Keep smiling 😊
