I only collect such information as is required for the provision of professional, effective coaching services and compliance with statutory requirements.

 

This information is provided to me by you, or by a third party enquiring about/arranging for coaching on your behalf.

 

Information is stored securely and kept only for a long as is necessary.

 

No personal information is shared with any other party, unless required by law or other regulation. 

 

You may request access to any data I hold on you and you may also request that any personal data I hold is corrected or deleted.  

 

I take any complaints about my collection, handling or use of personal data very seriously.  If you think I have got something wrong, please do contact me in the first instance.
