A Bit About Me

Julia Butler - Life Coach - Telford, Shropshire

I am passionate about coaching and making a positive impact on people’s lives.  Coaching is such an empowering and liberating process and I get my motivation from seeing things drop into place for people – sometimes at a key moment; sometimes as a more gradual process, and seeing the increase in energy, purpose and confidence as a result.

I am a qualified, professional coach (ILM Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring; INLPTA Diploma in NLP).  I am a member of the Association for Coaching and abide by their Global Code of Ethics.  I am committed to on-going training and development, to enable the best possible outcomes for my clients.  My coaching style is supportive and gently challenging, using skilful questioning and observations to enable you to surface your own insights and help you find your own answers and ways forward – to access your creativity and ability to take action.

I have always loved supporting people’s development and success.  I have a background in teaching, training and management development and in executive and programme support.   I have experience across the public and private sectors and from SME to FTSE 100 companies.  I also have a wide range of ‘life experience’ to draw from in my coaching work.  This includes having a child with special needs and so having experienced many of the challenges (and joys!) that come with that life path.
