Lockdown 2 Resilience Tips - Day 8


So, we’ve got through the first week of Lockdown 2. It’s always good to mark progress!


My first tip for week 2 is to spend time in nature. Time in both green spaces (anywhere with trees, shrubs, grass or other plants) and blue spaces (places with water – the sea, rivers, lakes, streams, canals) is restorative.

As much as you can, as often as you can, is the best way to approach it.


But if there are times you would like to be out in nature, or think it would really do you good, but it’s not possible, listening to the sounds of nature (wind, water, sea, bird song etc.) is also beneficial. Search online and see what you can find. Pop in your earplugs and give it a go. It’ll do you good 😊
