Lockdown 2 Resilience Tips - Day 5
I am feeling a bit rubbish today, a bit unwell. Which has reminded me, it can be really helpful to ask ourselves – how am I feeling?
And to notice and acknowledge the answer.
Don’t try to change it. Just sit with it.
Maybe ask yourself the question a few times over the course of a day – the answer will most likely change. Especially if you are thinking of your emotions.
And then you could ask yourself – what do I need right now?
See what comes up and see how you can meet that need.
Mine is to go and lie down for a while, listening to something soothing. And luckily I can manage that, so I will stop writing now. Look after yourself.
