Lockdown 2 Resilience Tips - Day 3

So, day 3 and the third idea that may help things along a little when the going gets tough…


What piece of music helps boost your mood when you need a lift? Or calms you when you are feeling strung out? My son sussed this out for me when he was quite young. When he spots me turning into ‘grumpy mummy’ he plays ‘Happy’ by Pharrell Williams. It always makes me smile and gets us dancing.


What works for you? Music is powerful – make the most of it.


Let’s not imagine anything is a magic bullet, but little things added together can make a real difference. And the three ideas so far don’t cost a thing, so there’s nothing to lose in giving them a try and seeing what happens. All the best.
