We’re chipping away at those days now – into double figures, nearly half way…


Picking up on the yesterday’s thought of how looking at the stars can help us notice that some things are constant, try thinking today about what else in your life is constant.


A lot has changed for us this year. Lots of things are up in the air and uncertain. This is destabilising and can be anxiety-inducing.


A great way of restabilising ourselves is to identify the things that have not changed. Ask yourself the question ‘what has not changed?’ to shift your brain’s focus and bring back some calm.
