4 Questions for a Positive Mindset
I have four questions this week to help us flip our thinking from a negative focus to a positive focus and thereby support our wellbeing and resilience.
I am thinking of the ongoing pandemic, but they can be applied to any challenging situation.

· What have I gained?
· What’s the opportunity in this situation?
· What would I like to make the most of?
Taking a few moments to answer these questions for yourself can be quite revealing.
