Lockdown 2 Resilience Tips - Day 15

Do something you love doing, that makes you smile when you think about it, that causes you to lose track of time when you are doing it. And if that thing is something you cannot do now because of the lockdown, try thinking of something else. Maybe something you loved doing as a child. Maybe something you have always fancied trying, but never got around to it. It could be singing, dancing, painting, crafting, walking, running, bird watching, playing an instrument, gardening, baking - anything. Or try out a few things and see what you enjoy. Joy is fantastic for resilience and wellbeing - you will be giving yourself a much-needed break and a boost of feel-good hormones.
